This collection contains the professional and personal papers of Clark S. Knowlton. The professional papers include his work and research as a professor of sociology at the University of Utah, which includes correspondence, memorandums, articles, newspaper clippings, pamphlets, flyers, newsletters, and other various materials, dated circa 1960-1990. Clark S. Knowlton did extensive research on minorities (especially Hispanic Americans). His personal papers include mostly correspondence with his family, dated 1916-1990.
